All applicants for the program must be a minimum of 17 years of age, posses a high school diploma or GED and be able to perform the work of the industry.

Applications for the Apprentice Program can be picked up and signed for at the Cement Masons Local 404 Union Hall, located at 1417 East 25th Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44114. Anyone interested in obtaining an application can contact the Union Hall for directions. If you are not able to pick up an application at the Union office it can be downloaded and mailed to the office at the address listed above.

Please note that applications which are not accompanied by a $15.00 money order payable to Cement Masons Local 404 JATC will not be processed.
