Cement Masons Local 404 is dedicated to protecting the jurisdiction of work that is performed by its’ members. In respect to this the full time Officers of the Union go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that the present member and contractor base is maintained. We also believe that there has to be a constant effort put forth to increase the numbers of members and contractors that are part of the Local Union. To this effort we will actively organize any qualified person or contractor to increase our membership and market share in the local construction industry. We will work with any and all owners, construction managers, general contractors, subcontractors, etc. to ensure that our Union members and contractors perform any and all work that falls under our scope on any construction projects in our geographical jurisdiction.
